Daily Affirmations: Breathe and Let the Flow Happen

I was never good at having patience when I was younger.
However, the older I get, the less impatience seems to be an issue for me. This is partially due to the fact that I have worked on a regular practice to overcome my issues with patience whenever I am able to make that choice to do so. A lot of learning to be more patient is about learning to live in the “go with the flow” mode of life.
Sometimes I need to remind myself to stay tethered to my core, breathe and wait.
This Daily Affirmation is one that I draw on when I find myself struggling to wait patiently for whatever it is that makes me feel impatient. I hope this resonates with you.
Today, I re-mind myself that sometimes it is best to sit patiently and wait for things to happen in due course.
I recognize that every good thing comes to those who wait.
I trust the Universe to lead me in the right direction as I rest in the natural flow and order of things that may come my way.
I cannot push, I can not force an outcome. I can only allow things to happen in their own manner.
Patience, is an intent that allows me the space to let the flow happen on its own. I ask myself this day, to allow the natural order and flow to lead me.
I set my intent on the path that unfolds ahead of me.
And so it is... Intent makes manifest.

If you struggle with impatience join me in taking a deep breath. Release that breath. And repeat...
Remember to find your center, your core.
And then, think of yourself as a boat at anchor, waiting to drift on the water as the water shifts and moves.
Let the flow of your life be a natural thing.
In this way you will find yourself becoming more patient. Let it be so… Breathe, and go with the flow.
