Thank you for this affirmation today! I am preparing to go on a trip to Alaska. I have some meds that needed to be refilled. I’m in a “time crunch.” I was in a worry cycle. Picked up the phone at the pharmacy and worked with a woman who was kind, helpful and full of Joy. I got off the phone, laughing after a great conversation! WHY did I not trust?? Then your post popped up! Synchronicity of the Universe!

Positive energy expands the sail from heart filled breaths to go with the flow. There is a force unseen we know exists to guide the ship over the seas daily waves of turmoil.
Just must believe. A few seconds of positivity can help all the electrons spin properly around the atoms of existence. Sending pure breaths of Pacific streams of air your way.
And then there's Head, Hands and Feet with Albert Lee (of whom EmmyLou Harris wrote "If I get to the Pearly Gates and they asked me for my proudest moment, I'll say that I used to play in Albert Lee's band":)
Sweet! I love a good storm! I was looking through my old sailing photos and found some when we were off shore and storm blew up. The sky was awesome and the sailing back in and up river was such a rush! I'm not a thrill seeker, but wind is a powerful thing to feel deeply!

I remember Albert Lee played with Clapton for a spell back in the 70's and I think he always played with Rodney Crowell.
