Today, I release all fear and worry.
Today, I re-mind myself that I am strong and confident.
Today, I trust in the Universe, I trust in some form of a Higher Power, whatever, whoever that is for me, for my safety and well being.
Today, I am grateful for all the blessings that come my way.
Today, I remember to be in the moment, and go with the flow and allow myself to led in the direct that is right for me.
And so it is… Intent makes manifest.

Sailing… I sure do miss sailing. I had a good run with my old friends Lisa and Charles for 4 or 5 years and then they moved out of the area. Here we are in our Sailing Shoes:
