Neil, I am hoping the season change shifts the Universe along so that I am able to get moved. The seasons at the Refuge are all stunning. This photo is late Spring. Thank you!
Your community is here always for you Pamela, whether you write or not. You have had so much to deal with and it's totally understandable the creative brain has been a little quiet. We need that sometimes. It also makes it even more powerful when we take up the pen, the camera, the tapping of the keys again and see how Creating and Connecting can save us. Sending you love from New Zealand. May your new home be manifesting itself right now. 🏡🐦⬛🐣🌻 xxx
Thank you Jo, I know you get it. I feel right now that the longer one lives with unsurety, the harder it is feel stable and connected to the creative self. The weather is bleak here, a few days outside would help! Sending love you too! xoxo May all good things prevail for us both! 🏡🌻
The Point Shore reflection photo is especially magical. Like a castle. And I hope it brings good energy for you in your current housing situation. I really enjoyed seeing how you brought in your Substack start and wove it into the photos and sense of location. Thank you, Pamela.
Heidi, I love that area of Point Shore. The church does look so magical there along the river. I lived down the street by the boat shop that I post photos of and it was always a nice walk down to the church and back. It has very much felt like the energy is stuck lately. Looking for a shift! Thank you my friend!
Quiet can mean anything you would like it to me. For you, it might mean, slowing down and breathing. For others, it might mean exploring inner and outer space without responding to little pinpricks of stimulation. For me, quiet might mean a space for my mind, emotions, and writings to wander as freely as a river with drops of beauty, liquefying, and merging together.
Kevin, I find myself with far less energy than I used to have. Sitting to write, edit photos, everything that goes into posting takes energy and time. Add in life and health complications, it's a lot to contend with.
I'm sending up some good energy for you! If you want to chat, DM me.
We are here, no matter the velocity of your output. Always happy to see your posts but we all need a break or two in this journey. Best in finding your balance.
You have created such a wonderful community of people to surround you and your wisdoms dear Pamela, I think each and every one of them will understand a few moments of silence given the anxiety being caused you...take your time and be kind to yourself (even if the housing department aren't complying) self care is so very necessary during these life hardships that are thrown in our path. Sending love and thoughts your way 💛xx
Thank you dearest Susie. Some changes are in the works finally, although I am feeling not at all certain about them. It’s been a lot to get to this place and now there will be more to do to get there, and things to let go of. I thought the letting go of things might be easier, but it currently feels excruciating! This too shall pass, all of it! Thank you for the love and thoughts my way! xoxo💛
I feel every anxiety you have Pamela… I had to leave much behind in Ireland when we moved here, it was heartbreaking but in the end all felt as though it was meant to be… I’m sure it will be the same for you lovely lady… stay positive - I will be thinking of you 🤗
Susie, There are 2 most difficult things, my mother’s antique bedroom set and my father’s antique persian rug. I hope they will fit. I don’t think they will. I’ve had a long run with each of them, 30 & 37 years. Despite my long run with each of them, I am still not ready to say goodbye. We’ll see! Thank you for your caring and kind thoughts! All good thoughts are welcomed and appreciated! xoxo
Oh Pamela, that I can quite understand! I also have a rug from my parents that doesn’t fit in any one of the rooms in this house so it remains in the attic rolled and abandoned but never forgotten. I still can’t part with it though. I do hope you find a space for your treasures lovely.. xx
Susie, I think it’s that i have already whittled through so much over the years and now I am down to the last holdouts of things that were my parents. My daughter can take them or they will go in storage. I am holding on the idea that there is somewhere else for me after this place. This is a temporary stop. Thank you Dear One! xoxo
I'm sorry about the living situation, and I'm hoping that will be resolved soon. I love reading your words and viewing your photos. And thanks for providing your very first post!
Hi Beth, It’s been an ordeal, but for now it looks like it will be resolved. More definite word on that at the end of the week. I am so glad you enjoyed this revisited post!
Pamela, I understand how you feel
I know you do Allan. Being in the "still trying to find a place to live" is really dragging things out for me.
You provide so much for so many! Thank you!
Thank you Peggy. I do really enjoy writing, sharing my photography and sharing with everyone!
Hopefully with the change in season,
new opportunities emerge. I like that photo of the Parker River Wildlife Refuge Thanks for sharing, Pamela.

How, indeed, you have found your way!
Thank you Mary! Lately it feels like I'm working on finding my way again!
I'd be honored to help you in your editing beta process. Your work is always beautiful and inspiring.
Thank you Klara, I appreciate the offer. I think it could definitely use a fresh set of eyes

Take good care, Pamela. There are many challenges, but none of us go through it alone.:)
Thanks Heidi!
Always here for you. Let me know what you need.
Thank you Corie! Right now some healing energy would be helpful!

Jill, Quiet for me means all of those things and more!
I feel you. It's now been six weeks since I last posted. I just can't.

I love seeing the photos of New England…. Makes me miss that area.
Thank you Teyani, I am so glad you enjoyed the photos! There's no place like New England!
