I like your practice of letting go of the negatives from the day with the setting of the Sun. It's as though the the negatives are blotted out and disappear as the light of the day disappears. Thanks for sharing Pamela.

Beautiful post, Pamela. I really like the practice of releasing the bad or negatives with the setting sun. It’s a natural daily cycle that doesn’t need any prompts or reminders.

Thank you Heidi! I have a long standing practice of getting offline and unwinding every night which includes letting go of the day's stress. It's so helpful. Right now sunset is early, but making letting go of things a nightly practice with the sunset or after it is so helpful.

Thank you for this post. It is just what I needed. A reminder that every day is a new opportunity to feel better, experience something beautiful, and remain grateful. This is so hard for me to do as I continue to fight health issues. You are inspiring Pamela.

Pamela, I always love your photographs. And I understand, anxiety and depression constant companions of mine. Also, my husband says that I worry about everything. He might be right on that one. I do try to meditate before I go to bed, sometimes it helps.

Kathleen, I find it easier to meditate before bed using a guided meditation. I have them on my FitBit app on my phone. I'm glad you enjoyed the photos.
